This set of house rules and guidelines (a.k.a. “the fine print”) was put in place to help us keep things running smoothly. They are mostly common-sense rules that will make your stay a pleasant and relaxing experience. Please read this page in full before booking your suite.

The House Rules

  • Strictly no smoking inside the properties.
  • Pets are NOT allowed. We’re sorry, but your furry buddies must stay at home.
  • The suites are part of a nice and quiet gated community where no loud music or noise are allowed. While small and discreet gatherings are welcome, excessive noise will not be tolerated.
  • When renting a suite for more than a month, payment of services after the first month (electric bill, phone bill, water bill and filling up the gas tank) are on your account.

Cleaning & Upkeep

  • The properties are always delivered in pristine condition. Please help us to keep them that way. We just want to ensure that your stay at any of our suites, as well as all of our other guests, will be as comfortable and pleasant as possible ALWAYS.
  • For your convenience, a daily cleaning service is available upon request for a small additional fee. If you’d like to use this service, please notify us before booking your suite to ensure availability.
  • Trash bags should be placed inside the special containers as soon as possible. We encourage all guests to separate the trash in organic and inorganic waste – not only to support our planet, but also to avoid bad odors (make sure bags are not leaking).
  • Upon booking the cleaning service, the staff we send will thoroughly clean and vaccum all rooms and bathrooms, change linens and towels and empty the trash containers at an additional 60 usd fee per day. This service is rendered upon request only and it is subject to availability, so please book this service in advance. The washing and drying of clothes and personal garments, cleaning of the kitchen and the washing of dishes and other appliances, is NOT included in the fee.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

  • We do NOT authorize bookings or reservations from users under 21 years old. If you are under 21, please ask your parents or legal guardian to contact us or make the reservation in your name.
  • For a 50% refund, cancellation must be made 7 full days prior to the check-in date.
  • If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are refunded in full if the guest did not check in.
  • If the guest books a long term stay and decides to cancel the long term agreement during their stay before completing the agreed term, the nights not spent are not refunded.
